What We’re Looking For

We are seeking dedicated, certified massage therapists who meet the following criteria:

• Valid certification/diploma in massage therapy, physiotherapy or relevant wellness training recognised by a reputable institute.

• Proven experience working in a spa, wellness centre or mobile spa setup — ideally 1 + year (freshers with stellar aptitude may be considered).

• Expertise in a range of techniques: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, relaxation massage and other therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent communication skills, client-oriented attitude, polite and professional demeanour.

• Flexibility to travel within Mumbai & Navi Mumbai for home or hotel sessions, and comfortable working in both fixed‐site and on-location environments.

• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards, clean and presentable appearance, punctuality and reliability.

• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to deliver a full-body massage session of 60–120 minutes.

Key Responsibilities

As a massage therapist with us, you will:

• Perform high-quality full-body massage treatments (relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, aroma) for clients in home, hotel or spa-based sessions.

• Greet clients courteously, understand their individual requirements, and tailor treatments accordingly.

Yes — the location is essential. We serve all across Mumbai (Western suburbs, South Mumbai) and Navi Mumbai, so you should be either residing in or willing to travel within these zones.

What shifts are available?
We operate mainly during daytime, evening and weekend slots to cater to home-visits and hotel clients. You can choose between part-time (few shifts/week) or full-time (fixed roster).

What equipment will I use / travel with?
For mobile/home-visits and hotel setups you will be provided with travel-approved massage bed, fresh linens, oils, towels and sanitisation supplies. For in-spa sessions you will work in our private treatment space.

Is training provided?
Yes. While we prefer trained therapists, we will provide orientation and refresher workshops on our standard protocols, client briefing, hygiene, safety and mobile-spa specifics.

How is pay structured?
Your compensation will consist of a base hourly or session rate plus bonus incentives tied to client satisfaction, repeat bookings and referral of new clients. Exact numbers will be discussed during interview.
